I felt the need to write this quick note of gratitude to you and I want to take a moment to commend you on the quality of your workmanship, service, and the very knowledgeable and personable employees you sent to my home for my recent Air & Heat System. I knew from the first phone call to your office and my first conversation with Ricky, that this would be the company to do this major amount of work
at my home. My first call to you was with Ricky, who directed me to your web site, and increased my education on the service and products I was purchasing. Ricky's attitude was to educate me, for my own good, whether or not I was to ultimately use your company. I sincerely appreciate that posture of being most concerned with the customer, than with the possibility of more work. There are too few
people in your industry with that attitude and that was one factor in my decision to use Kelly's. My next encounter with your company was your visit to my home to review and give me an estimate. My education continued at this point, I was able to understand more, about the other estimates that I had received. You showed me the particular areas of concern with the construction of my particular house. I
appreciate your honesty and experience, which put you above the rest. I was pleased to receive your very reasonable estimate and was excited to hire you to install my system. On the first day of construction, I was pleased to meet Ron, Mickey, & Sal. it didn't take long to realize that I had made the right choice by using Kelly's. Even with the special challenges my house presented to your crew, there
was never a noticeable change in attitude or a complaint by anyone. Mickey & Sal are a great team, always concerned with each other and truly working as a team. I never hesitated to give them full run of my house whether I was home or not. I found them, not only knowledgeable, but extremely trustworthy as well. They even vacuumed and cleaned up upon completion each day. A very welcome and unexpected
"extra". I especially thank you for your understanding and sensitivity in helping us to "balance" our home, to help meet the needs of our 80 year old roommate. Your good attitude has been refreshing throughout this project. Now that we are done, I have a home that meets my standards, and my area of the house is working more than satisfactory, and my mother-in-laws' end of the house fits her needs very
well indeed. I commend you for dealing with the personality differences here, as well as the construction complications. All things considered, I am proud to be on your customer list and I feel as if I received the best possible job my house would allow. I also feel as if I made some friends along the way. Dear Tom,
Ron and Kelvin were here as promised to check out and determine what was wrong with the air conditioner. At issue was the condition of the coils in the furnace unit. Were they good, bad and did they have to be removed to complete the job...
The amazing thing was that the coils were dirty and were covered by a matting of dog hair, dust and whatever. A matted mess that had accumulated over 10+ years and had caused the unit to fail and become terribly inefficient. Ron then proceeded to clean the system and put it back together.
The point is that anyone could have told me the problem was far worse, and I would have believed it. Instead, your people performed as they always have - in an honest, efficient manner. Keeping the best interests of the customer first. This is why we continue to use your service and would always recommend others to do so.

Over the years we have noticed that customers who are well informed and have a basic understanding about air conditioning / heating make better decisions and quite frankly are far less likely to be talked into a mistake or be mislead by bad AC contractors. Over the years they spend thousands of dollars less on energy, repair and capital costs.
The basic information here on AC is quite easy to grasp and will serve you well, no matter where you live!
