We did this because we knew the rules regarding what refrigerant can be used was going to change in the future, and it did starting January 1 2010. Our customers that needed to replace cooling equipment will not face any financial issues regarding refrigerant.

Proper maintenance includes a yearly coil cleaning. Quarterly service includes: amp out all motors, clean the contactor, check refrigerant levels, check gas - if applicable, pilot check and cleaning, amp reading on gas valve, clean blower assembly, check all controls for discoloration, change or clean all filters.

What can I say, other than Thank You!. It's not often anymore that you find a service contractor who is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer, but that is obviously exactly what you did.
After the recent installation of my new air conditioner, I can gladly say that I will refer your company to anyone and everyone that I come into contact with. As you know I had a defective unit from the factory, and I was shocked, but very pleased when I called you and you immediately sent someone out to correct my problems by installing a brand new unit! I was expecting the usual run-around, and a long string of excuses, but instead my concern was met with a sincere desire to correct the problem.
